If you've set up a Direct Debit, your bill will either be sent to you - or made available online - eight days before the first collection is debited from your bank account. The Direct Debit will appear on your bank statement as being taken by Gocardless - EVOSOFT.
Subsequent bills will either be sent to you - or made available online - every month. They will detail the amount due and the date of collection, which will be at least eight days before your account is debited.
In the unlikely event that there is an error, you can get an immediate refund from your bank or building society. This is a guarantee offered by all the banks and building societies, which are members of the Direct Debit scheme. A copy of this guarantee will be sent to you within three working days.
You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time by phoning EvoSoft or contacting your bank or building society.
